Hotel Rules and Information
- Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. Please contact our reception in advance for early check-in or late check-out requests.
- Visitors from outside cannot be admitted to the rooms without informing the reception.
- We kindly request that you refrain from making noise that may disturb other guests in our hotel and rooms.
- Guests who cause disturbances or fights within the hotel may have their right to stay terminated.
- In the event of damage to hotel and room fixtures, the relevant costs will be charged to our guests.
- Smoking is prohibited in all our rooms and enclosed areas of the hotel.
- Guests are responsible for the safety of their valuables. Safes are available in our rooms. Our hotel is not responsible for lost items.
- Items left behind at the hotel will be stored for one month. Items not claimed within this period will be destroyed. Our hotel is not responsible for items left behind.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel or rooms.
- Our hotel is not suitable for disabled guests.
- Our room cleaning service is available between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Guests who do not hang the “Do Not
- Disturb” sign during these hours are deemed to have requested their rooms to be cleaned and to have given
- permission for the floor staff to enter their rooms at the specified times.
- The hotel management reserves the right to enter a guest's room without their permission if there is suspicion of an emergency or security threat.
