- Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. For early check-in or late check-out requests, please contact our reception in advance.
- Guests from outside are not allowed in the rooms without informing the reception.
- We kindly ask that no noise be made that could disturb other guests in our hotel and rooms.
- Guests who cause a disturbance or engage in a fight within the hotel may have their stay terminated.
- In case of any damage to hotel or room fixtures, the cost will be charged to the responsible guests.
- Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas of the hotel.
- The safety of your valuables is the responsibility of our guests. There are safes available in our rooms. The hotel accepts no responsibility for lost items.
- Lost items left at the hotel are kept for 1 month. Items not claimed within this period are disposed of. The hotel accepts no responsibility for lost items.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel or rooms.
- Our hotel is not suitable for guests with disabilities.
- Our room cleaning service is provided between 09:00 and 15:00; guests who do not hang the "Do Not Disturb" sign during these hours are deemed to have requested their rooms to be cleaned and to have allowed the floor staff to enter their rooms at the specified hours.
- The hotel management reserves the right to enter the room without the guest's permission in the event of an emergency or suspected security threat.
